You do this under Settings > Links > Connect your Gmail/Outlook.

It is important that you have your provider set correctly, otherwise, it will not be possible to log in. Until now, we only support Gmail (Google) and Outlook (Microsoft). If you are using a different provider, it’s best to choose to have invoices automatically forwarded to Cashfeed.

Transactions from the connected bank account may take up to 24 hours to appear and be linked to your documents. So you don’t need to start manually right away.

You need to log in once so that we can monitor your email traffic. Our AI will then review each email and extract the emails that it suspects contain an invoice.

You can also work retrospectively and retrieve invoices from:

• The beginning of the month

  
  

• The beginning of the quarter

  
  

• The beginning of the previous quarter

  
  

• Since a specific date
