You can adjust your own role within the company under Settings > User.

• Review: You can see (all) invoices first when they come in, to check and/or to invite others to approve them and/or to prepare the invoice for payment

• Approve: You can give the green light for the payment of an invoice when you are invited to do so. There can also be multiple approvers for one invoice.

• Pay: You can pay the invoice via a QR code or via the export of a SEPA XML file when reviewed and possibly approved.

Every person can have multiple roles. Roles can be adjusted by yourself (if you are an admin or owner) or by other admins or owners.

Roles are linked to an email address. So make sure you are logged in with the correct email address.
