🔗 Since January 1, 2026, being connected to the Peppol network is mandatory for all Belgian VAT-liable companies that invoice other VAT-liable businesses (B2B). You can do this (at the very bottom) under Settings > Organization. Click on Activate and then Update Information.

💡 You can send invoices in multiple locations (outbox), but can only receive your invoices in one location (inbox). It is therefore possible that you are already registered elsewhere on the Peppol network and for that reason, you need to disconnect (or submit a request to) the other tool where you were already registered.
