Automate your payments, no more manual work.
Incoming invoices: Cashfeed reads them, books it to your accounting software and routes it to the right people for approval and easy payment. You'll get a better understanding of your spendings and more time for the things that really matter.

Every invoice collected and read
Invoices reach Cashfeed through Peppol, your inbox, Slack or WhatsApp. Cashfeed captures the supplier, the amount, the VAT, the due date and every line on the invoice. Nothing to chase, nothing to dig out of a mailbox.
What if an invoice comes in incomplete?
It goes to your to-do list with the missing fields already flagged.

Stop paying blind
Cashfeed routes every invoice for approval, right to the corresponding budget owner(s). Recurring invoice, but something’s off? Cashfeed flags it.
Doesn’t match the PO? It tells you. Invoices are approved with a single click by email, or in Slack. That way you’ll never have to pay blind anymore.
When does my invoice get flagged?
If one or multiple elements of the invoice are not in line with past what you’d expect, including IBAN, email, or amount due.
How does Cashfeed know where to route any given invoice?
Pay a whole month in one go
Every approved invoice sits in one list. Select the ones you want to pay. No file to export, no card reader needed.
Does this cover international payments?
International as well as SEPA. Paid immediately or scheduled.

Everyone gets
their own card
You issue a card per person or per team, each with its own limit and a fixed cost center. You see who spent what the moment it happens. The cardholder gets a message right away and sends the receipt back over WhatsApp. No more shared company card that nobody can trace back to whoever used it.
How does the card limit work?
A payment over the limit is declined on the spot. There is nothing to correct afterward, it simply does not go through.
How do you make sure everything gets submitted?
What does this change at month-end?
An account for your team
Every approved invoice sits in one list. Select the ones you want to pay. No file to export, no card reader needed.
How do you fund the account?
You transfer money from your main account, or you let Cashfeed top it up automatically to a balance you set. You can also go all the way and make Cashfeed your only business account.

* Card allowances are a usage boundary within your plan, not a per-card charge. Need more cards, move to a higher plan; you are never invoiced an amount per card.
** Banking and payment fees (for example SEPA direct debits, international transfers, card use and incident fees) are charged by Swan, according to Swan's Terms and Conditions. Banking fees may only be billed by a regulated institution, so Cashfeed does not charge them: under the standard split, Cashfeed bears the account fee, the SEPA credit transfer fee and the card transaction fee. Cashfeed does bill for its software, including usage above your plan limits, such as additional documents at €1.50 each on Growth.
Cashback is a Cashfeed rewards programme on the Growth plan: 0.5% of card spend in year 1 and 0.2% from year 2, capped at 100% of your monthly licence fee and credited against your next invoice. Cashfeed determines and calculates the programme and may adjust, suspend or end it at its discretion.
