Paying an invoice in Cashfeed is done in three simple steps:

1. Review

   
   Here you check whether all the data has been read correctly and whether the invoice has been linked to the correct supplier. Only press "Save" if everything has been correctly saved in Cashfeed.

   
   

   
   
   

2. Approve

   
   Here you can invite colleagues or even people outside your organization to review and approve the invoice. They will be informed by email of your request, after which they can (only) view the invoice in question. You will be notified once all sent approval requests have been accepted. You will also receive their feedback when someone chooses to reject the invoice.
   
   Only press "Mark as approved" when you are ready.
   
   

3. Pay
   
   A QR code will now appear that you can scan with your banking app. It's best to verify the payment date yourself.
   
   Note: the QR code can only be scanned with a banking app and not with any camera app.
   
   You can also choose to download a SEPA file. For this, go to the "incoming" tab, and you can select one, several, or all invoices from the "Pay" tab. Behind the "Pay now" button is a link to download the SEPA file to request your bank to pay all selected invoices, immediately or on the due date. See also the video below.
