Automatically forward invoices to Cashfeed
You can choose to link your mailbox, so we automatically scrape all incoming invoices and receipts. More information can be found under Linking a (second) inbox. Please note: this is currently only possible with Gmail and Outlook addresses.
You can also choose to have invoices automatically forwarded. With one fixed email address, you can then have invoices forwarded to Cashfeed by yourself, automatically, and/or from suppliers. We will read them for you.
Adjusting ‘Slug’
The email address you can send to is by default yourcompany@in.cashfeed.com. You can also find this in the bottom left corner of your screen under Add documents. You can modify this address in Settings > Organization under Slug. Please note: you can only modify the part before the “@”.
Automatic forwarding
You can also simply forward every incoming email. We will check if the email contains an invoice or not. We will only extract invoices to Cashfeed. You do this by adjusting your email provider's settings:
If you have a Google mailbox (Google Suite), you can find the instructions here
If you have an Outlook address (Microsoft Suite), you can find the instructions here
Accept only invoices from team members
If you also think it is important that only (known) team members can forward invoices to Cashfeed, you can adjust this in the settings. Under Settings > Organization, you can select Only accept incoming emails from team members. Don’t forget to save this afterwards.

Help! My invoice was forwarded but does not appear in Cashfeed
We also try to read your invoice and rely on language models such as ChatGPT and Mistral AI for this. Normally, this happens almost immediately, but sometimes there may be some delay.
In the bottom left corner of the screen, you can click on View history to see if your invoice has been processed or not. In that same corner, you can also manually upload your PDF invoice at any time.
