App Not Opening

If your app is not opening, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check Your Internet Connection

Ensure that your device is connected to the internet and that the connection is strong enough to support opening the app.

Restart Your Device

Try restarting your device to see if that resolves the issue.

Clear Your Cache

Clear your app cache to see if that resolves the issue. To do this:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Apps.

  3. Find your todo list app and select it.

  4. Select Storage.

  5. Select Clear Cache.
