Suppose you discover your existing Peppol tool isn't quite right for you. You consider a few other options—thought about Cashfeed?—and ultimately decide to switch.
Just like switching phone providers or moving addresses, this has certain implications. According to Peppol legislation, you can only place your "mailbox" in one location. Every Belgian company is identified on the Peppol network by its company number, so you can only be registered with one Access Point at a time. This prevents invoices from being sent (duplicately) to different systems.
When your supplier wants to send you an invoice, their system consults the central Peppol directory. This directory shows where your company is currently connected. If you switch providers, this registration needs to be updated.
Sending invoices, on the other hand, can be done from multiple Peppol tools, as long as your invoices follow each other chronologically in invoice numbering.

Back to that inbox. The law requires you to unsubscribe somewhere before you can sign in to a new tool. And you have to do it in this order. Hopefully, you still remember where you were signed in; if not, you can also check the Peppol Directory for this .
Switching Peppol Access Points isn't that difficult, but the option isn't readily available with every tool. We'll go over some of the most prominent providers.
Cashfeed
Log in via app.cashfeed.com
Navigate to Settings > Organisation, at the bottom you will find your Peppol registration(s)
Under "General PEPPOL registration", click on the " Unsubscribe" option

Billit
Log in via my.billit.be
Navigate to Settings > Company details > Peppol
Click on "Unsubscribe from Peppol".
You may need to confirm your unsubscribe. If this doesn't work, please contact support@billit.be .
OkiOki
Log in via account.okioki.app.
Navigate to Settings > Billing > Peppol connection
Click on the " Disconnect Peppol connection " option .
You'll receive confirmation that your company has been successfully deregistered. If this doesn't work, please contact support@okioki.be .
Odoo
Log in to your Odoo account
Navigate to Accounting > Settings > PEPPOL
Choose to unsubscribe.
If this doesn't work, please contact peppol@odoo.com .
Octopus
Log in to your Octopus account
Navigate to Management > Company data > Peppol tab
Click on the option “Deactivate Peppol connection”.

Clearfacts/Kyte

It's best to actively follow up if you haven't received a confirmation after 48 hours. If a provider doesn't respond after several attempts, you can also file a complaint with the Federal Public Service Economy.
Do you want to re-register elsewhere immediately afterward? Please note that some tools can take up to 24 hours to process your deregistration, and therefore before you can re-register as a Peppol recipient.
